Terms of Service for AHS Networks (“Terms”)
- You agree to comply with the Terms and such other requirements of use as may be notified to you by AHS Networks.
- You use the services provided by AHS Networks at your own risk. AHS Networks are not responsible for your use of Wifi. AHS Networks does not provide anti-malware of any kind.
- AHS Networks do not guarantee the performance, security or availability of Wifi.
- You must not use AHS Networks services for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited by any applicable law, regulation or legislation or that might infringe the rights of any third party.
- You must refrain from any action which might be technically harmful to AHS Networks or its users.
- You agree to indemnify, defend and hold AHS Networks harmless from and against any liability, loss, damages, costs, claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or incurred by AHS Networks in connection with your use of either AHS Networks services or the internet via AHS Networks services.
- AHS Networks will not be liable to you whether for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise, for
(i) any direct loss or damage;
(ii) loss or damage arising from third party claims;
(iii) loss of profit or goodwill; or
(iv) indirect or consequential loss or damage. - Except as set out in the Terms, all conditions, warranties and representations, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise (including, without limitation, warranties as to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or skill and care) are expressly excluded.
- AHS Networks reserves the right to terminate your access to AHS Networks services immediately at any time and for any reason.
- The Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia.
